@rhyno547 @nocontextfm1 So I used to feel the same until month I got a excellent wonderkid who couldn't get a work permit, brought him anyway sent him out on loan to a half decent league where he would get playing time, he played most matches and then by January transfer window reapplied and he got one!

@FootballManager In the lower leagues I managed to loan Zac Emmerson from Brighton for 5 consecutive seasons and from league 2 to the Premier League, he was the top scorer in the league every year. Then when I had enough money I made him a permanent signing and is a club legend.
