This is because, in the early 1980s, vaccine manufacturers were losing BIG money.

For every $1 they made off the DTP vaccine, they were losing about $20 to injury lawsuits.

So Wyeth (now Pfizer) went to the Reagan White House and demanded liability protections with the threat of getting out of the vaccine business.

President Reagan asked Wyeth why they couldn’t make safer vaccines. Wyeth answered that they couldn’t because vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”

This led to the signing of the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act, which gave vaccine manufacturers special liability protections.

“And so, anybody who tells you vaccines are safe and effective, the industry itself got immunity from liability by convincing the President and Congress that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe,” @RobertKennedyJr told Joe Rogan in a previous interview.

James Lindsay Exposes ESG as a Social Credit Score for Corporations

ESG scores have become "an instrument of control" over companies to "force behaviors," says @ConceptualJames.

BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has admitted it himself:

"Behaviors are gonna have to change, and this [ESG] is one thing we're asking companies. You have to force behaviors, and at BlackRock we are forcing behaviors."

The system is being gamed.

A Harvard corporate law website document reveals companies can boost their governance score by awarding themselves bonuses for implementing ESG criteria.

"It's woke social justice. It's not social responsibility. It's whatever they want," lamented Lindsay.

Government Reaction to COVID Vaccine Mandate Ruling!

The Queensland Supreme Court’s decision that COVID 'vaccine' mandates are unlawful and breached Queensland's human rights law. This is not an isolated failure. The QLD government's approach was applied through the National Cabinet.

I asked Minister Gallagher, as the Minister representing the Prime Minister, whether she acknowledges that human rights were ignored during the COVID 'vaccine' mandates.

Her response included the statement that the vaccines were voluntary. She also took the opportunity to urge Australians to get their booster. I kid you not. The Minister is aware of the ruling, yet sees it as something confined to QLD police and ambulance workers.

Only a Royal Commission has the resources and powers to fully deal with legal consequences from this failure to respect human rights.
