I've had twitter for like a decade now but I'm gonna actually start using it to interact with people and post about music instead of lurking. Here's my topster as it stands! Follow if you're interested :D #musictwt
Never got the whole hating the music you listened to as a teenager thing. I don't listen to the same artists I did at 14 but when I go back to them I still kinda fuck with em.
They finally locked in on a single sound and the result is fantastic. Was kind of inevitable that they'd hone in on the dreamy, wistful stuff, although I love that we still get some tengo-isms (like two versions of the same song!).
Am I absolutely nuts or is this one of their best albums. They kinda just get to jam out and do whatever for the whole runtime and it's awesome. Feels like a glorious emotional release. Why is this the album they decided to banish from streaming?
They actually do really good with these heavy songs, kinda makes me wish they went this nuts during their more well produced albums but it works amazing in lo-fi too
