IRGC is in bad shape and that’s why they had to negotiate. Now Israel is attacking Hezbollah which puts IRGC in almost impossible position. Should they attack Israel? Or ignore Hezbollah? Either way, it costs them heavily. Saudis put a lot of money into huthies and have kept them quiet. UAE attacked Iran’s oil refiner today in lavan and Siri islands. That cripples Iran’s oil export.
