@Delta I fly Delta almost every wk for business. On a flt from LGA to ATL DL492, as I approached my seat I noticed a hand written thank you note from flt attendant Jaymes. after a rough day of meetings, that simple note not only made my day it made my week. Thank you Jaymes!!
