@Se_Railway I've just sat at Gravesend and the notice board stated the delayed Victoria train would arrive 10 minutes after my train but this train was sent off first.
I could of caught whichever train went first. No one has told us including the driver who told us our train was held

Would be nice to be informed which train is leaving first when u are at a train station
At Gravesend and told 2205 Charing X train going first but you then let the late 2215 Victoria train go first.
Tell your customers so they can make informed decision.
