@wrencattead That is unfortunately how MMOs go. WoW had this problem to a much MUCH nastier degree. While in 14 people may argue what the meta mold looks like strategy wise.

In WoW, there was only 1 meta mold. You either fit in it, or you were laughed out of the room / blacklisted as a troll

Elves are usually long lived or even undying/immortal. They have all the time in the world.

Humans are inspired to do things quicker so they can experience them before they die.
