Jack Smith had a SOLID case against trump, including witnesses who were trump's supporters, high ranking officials who campaigned and voted for him.
Hard to believe that fucker got away with January 6th, and pardoned 1,500 cop-beating thugs.
Disgusting.
JUST. FUCKING. WOW. The humility, decency, and integrity of Jack Smith came across loud and clear. This career prosecutor is an American hero. Jack Smith is the antithesis of the depravity, corruption, and moral bankruptcy of Trump, Todd Blanche, the DOJ, and Kash Patel.
Here is a synopsis of Jack Smith's first televised news interview since he criminally charged the most corrupt president in American history, Donald Trump.
Core Pillars of the Interview
ㆍ The Fragility of the Rule of Law: Smith warned that the rule of law is under an unprecedented attack, declaring it is "different in kind and scope to anything I've seen in my lifetime." He explained that democratic systems do not run on autopilot and rely entirely on the good-faith commitment of people inside public institutions to uphold them.
ㆍ Consistency Over Politics: He reiterated that a healthy democracy requires investigating cases by focusing strictly on the facts and the law, applying the exact same standards regardless of political affiliation.
ㆍ Defending Career Public Servants: Smith spoke passionately about the career prosecutors, FBI agents, and support staff who are being "demonized for doing their jobs" by political figures. He expressed that he feels "terrible" about how they are being treated.
ㆍ The Call to Support Them: He emphasized the moral necessity for regular citizens to stand up for these civil servants, stating, "It's really important that we stand up for them and let them know that there are a lot of people out there who back them and who are with them."
ㆍ The Danger of Lost Trust: Smith noted that the loss of institutional trust has a dangerous "cascading effect" on the legal system, warning that when judges and the public lose faith in prosecutors, the Justice Department loses its ability to perform basic functions.
Warnings About Upcoming Elections
ㆍ Deeply Concerned for the Future: When asked directly if the country is witnessing a real-time assault on the upcoming election cycle, Smith explicitly stated, "I'm very concerned of what's going to happen in the next election, absolutely."
ㆍ Bad Actors Have Adapted: He warned that individuals who attempted to subvert the 2020 election have likely learned from past failures, adapting their strategies to be more effective next time.
ㆍ State Attorneys General Must Step Up: Smith emphasized that the federal apparatus cannot be the sole line of defense, noting that state attorneys general now have a massive responsibility to enforce the rule of law within their own state borders to protect voting integrity.
Anticipating Personal Retaliation & Indictment
ㆍ Expecting Retaliation: Wallace asked Smith point-blank if he expects to be criminally indicted by the current Trump administration.
ㆍ A Distinct Possibility: Smith acknowledged that an indictment "could happen," given the administration's vocal hostility toward him and the likely use of the Justice Department to target him directly.
ㆍ Refusing to Back Down: Despite the threat of prosecution, he declared, "I am not going to be intimidated. We did our work, pursuant to department policy... I'm not going to pretend that didn't happen because they are threatening me."
How Legal Experts & Media Analysts Reacted
ㆍ An Extraordinary and Historic Moment: Commentators and legal analysts noted that a public media tour by a former Special Counsel defending the DOJ's integrity against a sitting president is entirely unprecedented in modern political history.
ㆍ Nostalgia for Institutional Norms: Media figures reacted strongly to the broadcast, expressing a sense of nostalgia for a time when the Department of Justice operated under strict, non-partisan legal norms. Smith was praised as a rare, authoritative voice willing to publicly champion rank-and-file civil servants.
ㆍ Composure Under Extreme Pressure: Legal observers highlighted Smith’s calm, professional, and articulate demeanor during the broadcast. Analysts noted that his refusal to get defensive or angry stands as a model for how public officials should handle intense political weaponization.

BREAKING: Jack Smith breaks his silence with his first interview since resigning — and says that "we are facing an attack on the rule of law" under Trump.
And he was just getting started...
"Well, you know, I was a career prosecutor," the former Special Counsel told MS NOW's Nicolle Wallace. "I worked in the Justice Department and other prosecutors offices for near on 30 years. And I don't know if your viewers know this but I worked in Republican and Democratic administrations over and over."
"I was the acting U.S. Attorney in the first Trump administration in Nashville, Tennessee," he explained. "And that administration appointed me to a position running a war crimes tribunal for the State Department. So I have investigated cases focusing on the facts and the law throughout my career. We did this case the same way under the same standards."
Smith has every right to defend himself on this front. His investigations into Trump's rampant criminality were conducted fairly, impartially, and professionally. For his troubles, he found himself relentlessly attacked by our crooked President until he became Public Enemy #1 for a large, deranged swath of the country. This interview represents a small step towards reclaiming his legacy from the smears.
Smith ultimately brought charges against Trump for interfering in the 2020 election and for smuggling classified documents down to Mar-a-Lago, but they were dismissed to the outrage of many after Trump won the election.
"And you know the thing that I think important for your viewers to know is those standards are not meant to change from one administration to the next," Smith continued. "And in my experience until now they haven't. And so, you know, I think we are facing an attack on the rule of law that is different in kind and scope to anything I've seen in my lifetime."
"And one of the reasons I wanted to be with you here today in advance of the 4th of July celebrating the birth of a country that we all love is to celebrate the public servants who do this work, the people I spent my career working shoulder-to-shoulder with," said Smith.
"I loved being a prosecutor and part of it was I loved being around these sort of people," he went on. "And it angers me to see them victimized, to see them demonized for doing their jobs. I think it's really important that we stand up for them and let them know that there are a lot of people out there who back them and who are with them.
"And that's not just the people who've been targeted and fired for no reason for doing their jobs," said Smith. "It's also the people still in the Justice Department today. There are a lot of good career prosecutors who right now are working under incredibly difficult circumstances and they're still trying to do the right thing. And these are not self-promoters, these are not people who are going to go out and you know crow about their achievements. We need to hold them up and celebrate them because they're part of what makes this country great."
It cannot be stressed enough just how much damage Trump has inflicted on our justice system. He's proven that some people are simply above the law in this country, that Presidents can commit crimes with impunity so long as their party controls Congress. He weaponized the entire Justice Department to target his political enemies to such an extent that its credibility may never recover.
Now, more than ever, we need people like Jack Smith to stand up and speak the truth, consequences and retribution be damned.
Please ❤️ and share if you're grateful to Jack Smith for his service!
WATCH: We rallied outside Rep. David Valadao's office with @villegas_CA22 to mark the one-year anniversary of the Big Ugly Bill.
Valadao was the deciding vote for the bill, which is gutting Medicaid to give tax handouts to billionaires. 2/3rds of his district relies on Medicaid.
We have a president pocketing billions with a crypto scam, while Susan Collins became a multi-millionaire, funneling taxpayer dollars to her husband and profiting off stock trades while in office.
Enriching yourself through public office should be a crime.
If three supreme court justices currently believe that Trump can change the constitution with an executive order that means it's time to expand the supreme court
195 days have passed.
Survivors have waited long enough.
Congress ordered the remaining Epstein files released. Americans were promised transparency.
The Department of Justice has not complied.
Millions of files remain withheld.
Three million pages of Epstein-related records remain in the Justice Department's possession. The public deserves transparency, survivors deserve justice, and anyone who enabled Epstein's crimes must be held accountable. The cover-up must end.
BREAKING: HELL YES! The seven Environmental Protection Agency workers who were fired for whistleblowing against Trump hit him with a MASSIVE lawsuit.
This is how you hit him where it hurts...
“One year ago, over a hundred of EPA employees did something extraordinarily brave: they spoke out to defend science, public health, and the EPA’s mission. For that, they were punished. But they are not standing alone,” stated Justin Chen, President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Council 238, which is representing the workers.
“AFGE Council 238 will keep fighting until every employee is vindicated and every federal worker knows they can exercise their First Amendment rights without fear of retaliation," he added.
The former employees were terminated at the EPA after they signed a letter exposing the White House for undermining the public trust by ignoring fundamental scientific realities to benefit the corporate polluters.
It's a letter that has aged well as Trump has gone increasingly all-in on propping up the fossil fuel industry in payback for helping him seize the Oval Office. Our planet is being sacrificed on the altar of gas and oil profits, but Trump doesn't care because he won't be around long enough to watch the Earth die.
The wrongfully terminated individuals filed two lawsuits, pointing to the blatant violation of their right to free speech under the First Amendment. They're demanding that they be reinstated at the EPA, which would be a major boon for the American people given their demonstrated commitment to science.
“Free speech is one of the foundational values of this country, and it applies to federal employees just like everyone else — we all have the right to express our opinions about government policies,” stated Danny Rosenthal, a partner at James & Hoffman, a firm representing the plaintiffs. “But in this case, the EPA decided that respecting the First Amendment was less important than protecting its thin-skinned leaders from criticism.”
At the end of last month, twenty-two Democratic senators signed a letter to Lee Zeldin, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, calling for the workers to be reinstated.
Do you support their reinstatement?
Please ❤️ and share if you stand with the workers!
