HAPPENING NOW | Female Educators’ Empowerment Workshop – Mbarara
UNATU is engaging selected female educators and leaders in Mbarara City as part of its Gender and Women Empowerment initiative, following a similar engagement held yesterday in Kabale, Kigezi Region.

Under the theme “Enhancing Entrepreneurship and Leadership Capacity of Female Educators for Quality Education,” participants are engaging on gender-responsive school environments, gender and stereotypes, leadership within the Union, basic rights and laws, and practical action at school and community level.

The workshop seeks to strengthen the leadership capacity of female educators and support their meaningful participation and leadership within the Union and the education sector.
