Weirdly, I already implemented and tried both of these techniques last week. I did not find the advisor role helpful enough and I was more unsure about its conclusions than confident.

For the orchestrator, I did a variant of that but also didn't find any obvious gains from it.

What I did discover is that I highly value speed of iteration/conversation with an AI model than a "smart" answer.

Claude charges for image inputs based on pixel size, not the amount of text inside the image

So you can literally turn long prompts into an image and save a lot of tokens
