My predictions for this season;
Chelsea will challenge heavily for the Title if not win it.
City will be out the Top 4.
Man U will struggle this season finishing roughly 10th, Spurs will finish Top 6, Arsenal wont be near the Title if VAR & Refs are actually being fair.
