Eat Pray SUP. The Mission San Xavier del Bac, founded in 1692, is on the way back to Tucson from Pena Blanca Lake. The Indian fry bread bean and cheese burrito, made by local Tohono O’odham’s under mesquite ramadas out front, has restorative powers.
