We’ve seen the harshest Fed quantitative tightening in Bitcoin’s history.
Yet the price still rallied from $15K to $124K.
Now imagine what happens once quantitative easing begins.
Stany zjednoczone oficjalnie tworzą narodową rezerwę w postaci Bitcoina.
Jeszcze pare lat temu bym powiedzial, że to nie jest realne by kraje używały BTC jako store of value.
To pokazuje ogromny potencjał wzrostowy BTC na przestrzeni kolejnej dekady.
Kiedy Polska to zrobi?
Update:
After just one dose I already prefer this to the first Saffron extract I used
This one felt more dopaminergic, supporting more and focus, whereas I couldn’t focus when I used the one from Nootropics Depot
On top of that, I noticed mildly reduced hunger throughout the day. It was still there, just not as intense in the time leading up to lunch or my 3rd meal
Overall, the difference in effect profiles between this and the extract from ND is much greater than I expected
Both produce a nice boost in mood, but the one from Notable also supported focus which is the opposite of what the ND one did for me
This experience was on a 60mg dose (2 caps)
I’ll keep experimenting with it until I eventually drop a full review
Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know about Saffron

Highly recommend
Common reported side effects of Butea Superba:
- Inexplicable confidence
- Unwanted female attention
- Crazy pumps
- Controlled aggression
Use at your own risk
98% of brain boosters give you ZERO noticeable benefit
Polygala Tenuifolia is one of the exceptions
In fact, I’ve been taking it almost daily for the past 2 years
Why?
It’s one of the few ingredients that you can actually FEEL
- Enhanced motivation
- Rapid antidepressant
- Sharper memory
Here’s exactly how it works:
1. IMPROVES FOCUS & MOTIVATION
Polygala quickly & significantly increases levels of
1) Dopamine (more motivation)
2) Norepinephrine (attention)
It does this via inhibiting:
- Dopamine & NE reuptake
- Monoamine oxidase enzymes
It does this without the typical stimulant-induced jitters or insomnia
In fact, studies have shown it actually improves sleep quality…
2) RAPID ANTIDEPRESSANT
Polygala has been shown to exert rapid antidepressant effects
This is because Polygala blocks NMDA receptors & quickly increases levels of BDNF in the brain
Think Ketamine, but without the side effects
These mechanisms also contribute:
- MAO inhibition
- Monoamine reuptake inhibition
- Anti-neuroinflammatory effect
3) ENHANCES MEMORY
Polygala can also increase levels of acetycholine, the memory neurotransmitter
It does this by preventing the breakdown of acetycholine (via AChE enzyme inhibition)
But it even goes a step further by enhancing enhancing choline acetyltransferase (ChAT)
ChAT is the enzyme that facilitates acetylcholine synthesis
It even upregulates nAChR7 expression
This is the receptor responsible for nicotine’s cognitive-enhancing effect (not its addictive effect)
A human clinical trial has confirmed Polygala enhances spatial, verbal, & working memory
Another human trial showed it enhanced cognition in the elderly
4) PREVENTS NEURODEGENERATION
Researchers have explored using Polygala to treat neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s
Polygala not only boosts acetylcholine like the go-to Alzheimer’s drug Donepezil
But it also reduces neuroinflammation & oxidative stress, two key factors in neurodegeneration
- Boosts SOD (antioxidant enzyme)
- Blocks NF-kB pathway
- Lowers cytokines (TNF-a, IL-1b)
On top of all of this, Polygala can directly block production of neurotoxic beta amyloid proteins seen in Alzheimer’s
5) HELPS TO REGROW THE BRAIN
Polygala is a step ahead of current Alzheimer’s drugs though
That’s because it can actually help to regrow the brain
It does this by increasing levels of key neurotrophic factors such as BDNF & NGF
BDNF & NGF are essentially “steroids for your brain” and literally help regrow the brain
Polygala also upregulates the BDNF receptor: TrkB
Three birds, one stone
Several studies have confirmed Polygala promotes neural stem cell proliferation & neurite outgrowth
Highly recommend trying this one out
Would take a month off every 2-3 months or so
NAC consistently outperforms pharmaceuticals for treating mental health disorders and the FDA wants to ban it:
- Improves social interactions in autistic children
- Reduces drug seeking behavior in PTSD rats
- Reduces OCD behavior as good as SSRIs
- Improves functioning in schizophrenics
A few reasons why...
1. NAC replenishes glutathione in the brain better than glutathione.
Neuroinflammation has long been linked to mental health disorders. It disrupts delicate neurotransmitter balances, damages neurons, hinders the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and puts your brain's immune cells (microglia) on high alert.
More glutathione = less inflammatory damage
2. NAC regulates glutamate
Glutamate dysregulation leads to excitotoxicity, damaging neurons. NAC prevents overstimulation of neurons by regulating glutamate levels in the synapses
3. NAC modulates dopamine
Dopamine dysregulation is a primary culprit behind schizophrenia and addiction. NAC has shown to reduce cravings and compulsive behaviors by normalizing dopamine signaling in brain regions associated with reward.
4. NAC Boosts mitochondrial function
Your brain is one of the most metabolically active organs in your body. Neurons rely heavily on ATP produced by your mitochondria.
Your mitochondria are heavily susceptible to oxidative stress. They don't have the same repair mechanisms as the rest of our organelles (different DNA). NAC reduces oxidative stress within mitochondria by scavenging free radicals and replenishing intraceullular glutathione. It protects your mitochondria's fragile DNA and improves mitochondrial efficiency.
Better mitochondria = Better brain energy production.
Dosing & Side Effects:
I started taking NAC to repair my liver after accutane. I continue taking it because it clears my head. It lets me fall into focus without fixating on how dirty my floors are or that parking ticket I haven't paid yet.
All of these brain benefits are amplified by NAC's impact on Phase 1 & 2 detox functions. NAC protects two of the body's most vital organs, the ones most damaged by modern toxicity.
I take 600mg-1200mg a few times a week. Especially before drinking and whenever I have brain fog/ruminating thoughts.
NAC may deplete copper, so cycle and prioritize dietary copper sources.
Simple yet Effective Neuroprotection Stack:
- Huperzine A (AchEI & NMDAR antagonism)
- Magnesium (NMDAR blockade)
- Taurine (GABA/Glycine agonism & Ca2+ regulator)
- Agmatine Sulfate (NMDAR antagonism & nNOS inhibition)
- L-Theanine (AMPA antagonism & glutamine uptake inhibition)
Cholinergic activity itself is neuroprotective, which is why other AchEIs (Donepezil & Galantamine) are used to treat Alzheimers.
Because of that, any cholinergic nootropic or herb (nicotine, bacopa, etc) can replace Huperzine, although its NMDA antagonism is a nice benefit.
Otherwise, the rest of this stack works to decrease glutamate signaling or increase GABA signaling which protects against glutamate induced excitotoxicity directly.
