@VirginAtlantic I tried setting up a new account too, but it wouldn’t let me do that either. I was trying not to have to do it over the phone, as that usually involves waiting on hold
@VirginAtlantic good morning. I’m trying to login or sign up for Flying Club. I don’t seem to be able to do either. Is there a problem or am I doing something wrong?

One of these things is not like the other. Same top, style and size from @WeirdFishTweets but 2 very different size and shape. No wonder us ladies struggle with sizing!! I can’t even return for an exchange because I don’t know which is the ‘right’ size
@sainsburys good morning. Is there a problem with your grocery booking system today? I’ve tried booking available slots but when I select them, it says no longer available. Tried app and web and different days
@sainsburys My order seem to fail yesterday. no email confirmation or receipt. Then nectar app notifies me of a shop. Can’t get into my web account but grocery app says I have just alcohol arriving! But the e-receipt shows the 25% discount for 6+ bottles hasn’t been applied.
@Sainsburys_Bank I have managed to unearth a very old and unused email address that I’ve been able to use to register on the portal. So I’ve now downloaded my NC proof. Extremely disappointed that a total lack of customer service meant I felt cancellation was required.
@Sainsburys_Bank Even though I actually need to cancel my home ins policy as we’re moving, you’ve still said I can’t use portal for my car ins too, without a new email address. Crazy logic. You want us to have multiple insurances with you, which I did, but I can only manage one on the portal
@Sainsburys_Bank I can’t log into the portal because portal is linked to home insurance policy. To use portal for car, I need to create random new email sddrsss just for you. I’ve cancelled my policy now. Just want my proof of no claims
@Sainsburys_Bank tried to move car ins to new address. Free on portal. But portal linked to home ins so can’t also be linked to car ins, unless I create new email address for you! You refused to waive the charge to do over phone. So cancelled. Now can’t get proof of No Claims!!!

So disappointed by @plumplayUK Trampoline for son’s bithday ordered a month ago, as soon as in stock. Yesterday order cancelled & refunded with no explanation, email, call or apology. Finally told ‘stock issues’. All other options sold out now. Too late to get different gift.
@plumplayUK I ordered a trampoline 3 weeks ago, for my son’s 8th birthday this weekend. As instructed, I haven’t chased the order. Today, it seems like the order has been cancelled with no notice, explanation or apology. Unless I’ve misunderstood the email and order status!!!
