Over the past period, we have lost too many innocent lives to violence within our communities. As the UOX community, we do not take losing a life lightly.
We lost our dear Sydney, a great rugby player; Mr. David Owor, a great footballer; and Mr. Matovu Moses, a great talent and mentor in the music industry. We cannot just watch as these cases continue to pile up day after day.
The Voice Over Violence campaign is a community-driven advocacy, legal, and awareness initiative to fight mob violence in Uganda through digital advocacy.
I call upon every Ugandan to actively take part in this awareness campaign educating one another on how to live with each other and resolving conflicts amicably without ending a life.
Make a post or record a video in the language you desire and don't forget to tag me, @UOXUganda, @AMYUganda and @Alliance4KPA. Together letโs create awareness and stop mob violence.

SORROW may come at night but JOY, yes JOY comes in the morning. ๐ฅ
Our morning is here.
Our season is here.
And YOU are part of it.
