The FUFA Technical Master Plan includes deliberate efforts and programmes for youth football, supported by the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS).
FUFA's Key Youth Football Programmes
FUFA Academies League:
Standardised competition structure for academies to develop and showcase talent.
FUFA Schools of Excellence:
Partnership with selected schools to balance education and elite football development.
Capacity Building:
Youth Coaching and Youth Goalkeeping programmes to train and certify specialised coaches.
Player Development Curriculum:
A standardised framework covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological development.
Academy Licensing and Grading:
Inspection and licensing system to ensure academies meet FUFA standards.
