Colchester United Chairman Robbie Cowling has today confirmed that he is in advanced discussions to sell the football club to a United States based consortium, Lightwell Sports Group, led by businessman Tim Foley.

@DirectLine Cannot justify 13% rise when in your automated telephony service you’re advising me that if insurance sales are done they colleagues get bonuses. Shouldn’t be rising premiums to pay for people’s bonuses.

@DirectLine terrible customer service. Car insurance increase of 13%. Customer of over 8 years and 8 years NCD. no claims. No changes to the policy. Rang up and apparently nothing the colleague could do? Terrible service.

The stewards have confirmed that Ferrari will not be granted dispensation for the use of an additional power unit element on Carlos Sainz's car following that huge damage sustained in the drain incident during P1.

The use of an additional energy store means Sainz has gone over his penalty-free limit for the season.

@StravaSupport is there an issue at the moment with syncing from garmin devices? They have uploaded on my garmin app but not across to strava? I have disconnected/reconnected
