@moseskagan@bethanyjbabcock Really though landlords contractually are owed the full lease amount. If the tenant defaults, you have legal grounds to receive the funds owed to you, plus late fees, legal fees, etc. (hopefully)

Also, they rely heavily on brokers providing lease and sale comps after deal is made, which helps the platform but doesn’t reward me for giving them the data.
