It's a nice idea, but in, say Surrey, where there is only one operational court and a 2 year wait for a not guilty trial, how is it going to work?
Bring back PNDs for all summary only offences. Then add a 3 strikes and a mandatory prison

@gmcollins13@ThereseSimmo1@metpoliceuk He was told by Lee Anderson to use the Highway Act to remove protesters. He can't. British legislation's acts all interact and don't exist in isolation. Protesting is lawful so you can't use the Highways Act to remove protesters as they have a lawful excuse
