@HMRCcustomers I just submitted a tax refund claim form for last year as I moved abroad, however have just realised I already took care of this as I left so it was already sorted. I have both reference numbers, is there any way I can get in touch to cancel the new form?

@British_Airways I still haven't a thing regarding a compensation claim I submitted at the start of March, which has left me down nearly £1000 thanks to one of the many BA system outages. Is it really good enough just to get an auto response on submission telling me not to chase?

@British_Airways thank you BA for some of the worst customer service experiences I've had in years. I understand that problems happen, but not acknowledging them for customers sat at the airport is shocking - I shouldn't have to check twitter to find out there's a delay
