@VSB39 cont above... Not Smart Watches, that are essentially a mini cellphone since it can technically do the same thing as a cellphone. Ex. Call, send/receive messages, go online (Apple Watches have built-in web browsers.)

@VSB39 I'd really like clear and concise language regarding Smart Watches at the elementary level. The rules for Personal Digital Devices may cover it, however, many can and will interpret "Personal Digital Devices" to only mean "cellphones"
