Apparently, in the eve of the "anniversary" of the most terrible, bloody and criminal separatist entity in Europe so-called "Nagorno-Karabakh Rep", a new dramatic misinformation and manipulation campaign was launched by the order of the Armenian Government and armenian lobby groups.

At least, but disgracefully, the former NATO Secretary General does not deny that he is paid by the Government of Armenia for propaganda campaign. Copy of income sheet is attached.

Hypocritically, some politicians divide the world between "good and bad separatists and criminals". Old habits die hard!

But disturbing is that the BBC in its Charter declaring that "is committed to achieving due impartiality in all its output. This commitment is fundamental to our reputation, our values and the trust of audiences" is engaged in one-sided and biased aggressive manipulation and promotion of lies as well in "Context" program. BBC should serve as a platform for all voices, particularly on sensitive topics. @bbcworldservice

On the morning of August 18, in the #Garabagh economic region, illegal Armenian armed formations and the remnants of the Armed Forces of #Armenia strengthened military positions along the Khankandi-Gaybali-Dukanlar-Khalfali route, accompanied by a combat vehicle belonging to the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily deployed on the territory of #Azerbaijan.

“In the images obtained by means of technical surveillance, movement was recorded in the convoy of an ambulance, inside which there are weapons, ammunition, as well as anti-personnel and anti-tank mines,” #CaliberAz reports referring to the Defense Ministry.

“Armenians also previously used ambulances for military purposes, in particular, to install electronic warfare equipment, which pose a serious threat to the safety of flights of civilian aircraft crossing our airspace,” the ministry said #Karabakh

With diplomatic corps we are on the entrance of Agdam-Khankandi highway and railway. Only highway's daily capacity is 17.000 vehicles. Azerbaijan is building roads not walls for reintegration of armenian residents of Karabakh but they put road blocks and barriers.

As agreed in, Brussels Agdam-Khankandi road is fully operational for delivering all kinds of goods. But not allowing to use this road, exploiting local inhabitants as hostage/organizing imitative delivery of goods is nothing but pol speculation, manipulation and blackmailing.
