Water purifier leaked n flooded home 4 months after buy from Rel Digtl. Technician rectified. Leaking again now. Technician says filter container burst n is a problem with the product! Have to be replaced costing Rs 800. Feeling cheated by LG @LGIndia @RelianceDigital

@VBHATI2050 More, when we bought from Rel jiomart, they charged MORE THAN MRP (which is inclg GST) and also, GST on that higher price. What jiomart did is illegal! I complained. Yet to make a refund! Shall avoid jiomart!

@VBHATI2050 I am absolutely disappointed with Rel Digital. Recently, they quoted a price, advised to redeem points but charged more and didn't permit redeeming points. Plus, their service is also poor. Had to spend about 3.50 hours in their shop in Bangalore to buy AC. Shall avoid RD.
