My family booked 12 tickets in Train No: 12296 Sangamitra Exp – S1 (3), S3 (2), S6 (5), S7 (2). But only 7 seats could actually be used! Toilets are inaccessible. Over 300 people sleeping on the floor in each compartment – total chaos! @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial #IndianRailways
