@panerabread Your Bowie/Lanham-Vista Gardens store messes up orders consistently. They want me to go out of my way to return to the store vs. issuing a credit or sending the correct order. Is this poor customer experience your standard practice?
@RoyalCaribbean Took my first cruise recently and had a good experience. Top criticism is common food allergens not listed, which was inconvenient and inefficient at buffet. Needed manager, then chef, and chef still needed to double check.
