@alakadam Fix the zipper. It'll look great once that's done. Then you can decide if the sleeves need redoing vs 'hey I was pissed about the zipper and these also annoyed me'

@alakadam I think I feel defeated every time I do a test fit because my dumb brain goes 'it's gonna be perfect!' - NOPE. Never is. Before you rip everything apart, fix one thing, do a test fit, fix another thing, do another test fit, etc.

@ZullieTheWitch I do cosplay and am a product/graphic designer by day. My best guess is that production and shipping costs keep these props on the smaller side. Probably enters logistics hell with production cost, shipping cost, how likely it is to break during shipping, etc.
