#GATE2022: #PostponeGATE2022 trends on Twitter amid surge in #COVID19 cases

https://t.co/84DZnMlySX

[Smit Pandya @Smitjpandya]

What is more important than health and safety of aspirants? Majority of GATE-22 aspirants are seeking answer of this question from @iitkgp As the organising committee is not replying, students have now taken the matter to Twitter and #postponegate2022 is trending.

[Archit Gupta @architreports]

Why is @iitkgp not willing to listen to students demands? In the middle of third wave, travelling is near to impossible. Its clearly stated in the site that, in case of #COVID19 related issues, examination maybe postponed. So why no action?#postponegate2022

[Sandeep kishore 🇮🇳 @sandeepkishore_]

It is the high time when government should understand the problem of students in this pandemic time, Government and institutions should postpone the Gate2022 exam for the sake of students.

[Dr. Nita Samantaray @Nita_Samantaray]

The governing body must take its decision soon. Considering the risk of third wave, the exam should be postponed!

Entire India is witnessing more than 2.5 lakh cases per day and
@IITKgp
has announced the GATE exam dates amidst this horrible situation. So I urge the government to act upon and postpone the exam to save the lives of the students.
