@JPober It’s dry, unlike the PNW, and the temperature differential between summer is a lot greater—it’s actually comparable to any area with a “normal” winter. It’s just that our starting point for a seasonal high (100-110) is so highthat our low point (50-60) isn’t that low.

I started using the stair master in June and, since then, my goal has been to get 517 floors in 65 minutes (it’s the fastest time for a 500+ floor climb I could find online).

Today I did it. The secret: eat dinner and have a pumpkin beer 30 minutes before you go 🎃🍺

1/3 US adults have a criminal record and I’m supposed to be horrified that less than 1/10 migrants released from ICE custody have criminal histories?

Oh and close to 10% are immigration charges?

No matter your politics, these new numbers are shocking. Of the 7 million migrants that ICE released while their cases are being processed, 663,000 have criminal histories, 13,000 were convicted of homicide, 16,000 of sexual assault, and 1,845 face homicide charges. 😬

2) I have a small throat or something and whenever I eat chips (which is every meal) I spend a few minutes coughing like I'm dying. This has made 2020+ meals on campus very awkward 😭
