@msGOPfor65 @Mamas4MJinMS No one wants to add all this specific language to the state constitution. I oppose 65 for that. There can and should and will be a plan installed but adding 5 pages to the constitution isn’t a good idea. I have had very logical talks with people on all sides of the issue.
