Service : It’s not about me, it’s about us.
You must have a Team > Me attitude to be successful. When you focus on lifting others up and serving them, and not worried about who gets the glory, you in turn elevate your performance. It’s the recipe for achieving the high standards and expectations that are set for your program or organization. Do whatever is best for the team. That gives you the best chance to be successful. Go be great!
Your thoughts are private, but your energy is public; pivot from the internal error to the external solution. #OutwardSolution

The secret is there is no secret. It takes what it takes.
Success is dirty, hard work. Don’t talk about it, be about it. Lean into the small, consistent actions everyday. They compound overtime and add up to something great. Success isn’t guaranteed, but without putting in the work, you have no chance.
There are no quick fixes or shortcuts.
Focus on and trust in the process.
Show up everyday. Put in the work. Focus on the foundation of the small, consistent actions. That’s “the secret.” That’s what it takes to be great.
Go be great!
Dominate the little things. The great ones know, and understand, that everything matters. They don’t allow cracks in the foundation. They’re intentional about every moment, every rep, every play, every task.
At the end of the day, the smallest details add up. The question is, what are they adding up to?
Do you second guess yourself or have regrets at the end; or are you content knowing that you mastered the little details, no matter the result?
Build & protect the foundation. Take the path of small, consistent details. Master the details. Remember that everything matters.
You can only perform to the level and extent of which you have prepared. If you do not properly prepare, you cannot properly perform.
Preparation and hardships are the foundation for performing when it matters. If you go through the tough stuff before it happens, you will be experienced and ready for when it truly matters. Rise to the standard everyday. In every task you do, prepare and compete intentionally. When you do that, you will have the opportunity to perform when it’s all on the line.
Compete every day. Go be great!
If no one is watching, no coach is yelling, and there is no scoreboard, am I still executing every movement with 100% technical intent? 🧠

As a leader, people are always watching you. They’re watching who you are and what you’re about.
What are they seeing?
More is caught than taught.
Establish your values, standards & expectations, then model them out everyday.
Everything matters and every moment matters.
There’s a reason Relentless Effort is one of our core pillars. Life is about Relentless Effort. There will be obstacles and challenges, but relentless effort is essential to pushing through and overcoming all obstacles. Each moment matters and has an effect on how your life plays out. Approach the little moments the same way you do the big ones. Be consistent. Choose to be relentless in every moment.
