Hugh Armstrong of Ballina AC has broken the Welsh All-comers record for Marathon with a time of 2:14.04 at the @RunningCheshire Wrexham Elite Marathon 🏃‍♂️

The old mark of 2:14.43 has stood since 1963.

John McDonnell, who has been described as America’s winningest coach was born in Crossmolina, County Mayo on July 2, 1938.
