It seems some people think if you are doing private training for two years without competitive matches, you will come back the same immediately.

That's next to impossible. Match fitness and sharpness have no substitute. You must experience it. That's why clubs organise indoor friendly matches for players who aren't seeing a lot of minutes or send them to play with the U21s.

Imagine someone who has been without group training or competitive matches for two seasons.

In my calculation, it could take Mudryk al least 2 months or more to get back into competitive match sharpness. I don't know his training programme but he was ban from every football related activities. It won't be easy.
