As we mark this day of sacrifice, reflection, and gratitude, I’ve been thinking a lot about growth the kind that doesn’t happen overnight, but quietly compounds when you keep showing up.

I created this account back in 2022, but I only truly stepped into web3 and crypto around last June.

Before that, I was mostly just lurking.

Watching threads.
Reading posts.
Seeing people talk about things I barely understood and honestly feeling like I was already too late.

Like everyone else had already figured it out.

But something changed when I stopped only consuming and finally started participating.

I asked questions even when I thought they sounded dumb.
I interacted with people way ahead of me.
I spent more time learning instead of just scrolling.
I failed small.
Learned small.
Improved small.

And most importantly I stayed.

Not perfectly.
Just consistently.

Now when I look back at where I was a year ago, the difference is obvious.

My understanding is deeper.
My mindset is sharper.
My circle is stronger.
And the confidence I have in this space feels completely different.

Not because of one overnight win or some lucky trade.

Just because I refused to disappear on myself.

That’s the part people don’t talk about enough.

Consistency rarely feels dramatic while you’re living through it.

Most days feel normal.
Some days even feel pointless.

But when enough time passes and you finally look back, you realize you’ve quietly become someone stronger than the version of you who first started.

So if you’re still in that phase where you feel behind, confused, or unsure whether you’re doing any of this right keep going.

Seriously.

Your future self will be grateful you didn’t quit during the awkward beginning.

And honestly, this applies to more than just web3.

Your career.
Your skills.
Your health.
Your relationship with Allah.
Your discipline.
Your character.

Small consistent steps will always beat random bursts of motivation.

Always.

Came across Solana Funded recently and thought the concept was pretty interesting.

Most prop firms focus on forex or traditional markets. This one is built specifically around Solana trading, including memecoins, which is something I haven’t really seen before.

The basic idea is simple: pass an evaluation, get access to funded capital, and keep a share of the profits.

They offer accounts ranging from a few thousand dollars up to six figures, and everything settles on-chain in USDC. From what I’ve seen, they’re also letting traders access pretty much the entire Solana ecosystem instead of restricting them to a small list of assets.

A couple things stood out to me:

• No rush to hit targets since there aren’t strict time limits
