@sportslogosnet Let’s also be clear that this is about using the mark in commerce. Is any consumer who is looking to buy merchandise like a t-shirt going to be confused? Why would you buy merchandise unless you already know about the university you are supporting, including color scheme?

@sportslogosnet For the most part, the color would clearly distinguish the logos. The test here is the “likelihood of confusion.” Unless you know nothing about these universities or their sports programs, you won’t confuse them. There could be confusion if a consumer is color blind.
