@AerLingus your customer support in Paris is appalling. We had our flight cancelled yesterday and put on a new flight today which we couldn’t take. There was no one to speak to to help us at the airport. We are completely stuck and I can’t speak to anyone.

@AerLingus we have been abandoned in Paris airport and need to get home urgently. Our flight was cancelled yesterday and we were put on a new flight today. The train from Paris to the airport was cancelled today making us late to boarding and we have missed the flight. Need help
