@levelsio 100% agree, all my life I heard my family speak Punjabi but never with me, so I couldn't speak it.
Moved to a city where people spoke it, within 2 weeks I could speak fluently. Granted I already had the knowledge but still need a jolt to unlock it.

98% of peoples bodies turn into inflamed deformed low energy messes after 30 as their poor living tax goes unpaid n stacks up.

That’s not living. That’s coping till death. You can be an absolute UNIT into your 80s. I plan to be lifting, traveling and having a blast at that age with full energy and an able body.

That is living.

That’s aging with Grace.

Live well. Don’t send your future self a deformed broken body to inhabit.
