جبر کو للکارنا ہے

بلوچ راج!

بلوچستان میں جاری انسانی اور قومی حقوق کی پامالیوں کی تاریخ کوئی نئی نہیں۔ یہاں جاری ظلم و جبر سے اب کوئی بھی گھر محفوظ نہیں رہا۔ انسانی زندگی کی قیمت اس قدر کم کر دی گئی ہے کہ صرف بلوچ شناخت کے ساتھ جڑ جانے والا فرد بھی ریاست کے لیے خطرہ تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔ آئے روز بلوچستان میں بلوچ فرزندوں کی لاشیں پھینکی جاتی ہیں، معصوم شہریوں کو آئے روز تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے، اور زندگی کے مختلف شعبوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے بلوچوں کو جبری گمشدگی کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے۔ یہاں آئے روز بلوچوں کے گھروں کو ریاستی فورسز نذرِ آتش کر دیتی ہیں۔ ان تمام ظلم و جبر کے خلاف بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی ہی وہ شعوری آواز رہی ہے جس نے بلوچ قوم کو متحد کرکے دنیا تک اس کے دکھ، درد اور مطالبات پہنچانے کی کوشش کی۔

پاکستان نے ہمیشہ بلوچ قوم کے خلاف جاری ظلم و جبر کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے مختلف ہتھکنڈے استعمال کیے ہیں۔ کبھی بلوچ نوجوانوں کی لاشیں پھینک کر انہیں مسلح تنظیموں سے جوڑا جاتا ہے، تو کبھی کسی بلوچ خاتون کو جبری گمشدگی کا شکار بنا کر اسے بزور جبر پریس کانفرنس کرایا جاتا ہے۔ آج بھی اسی طرزِ عمل کے تحت بلوچ سیاسی رہنماؤں کو بیرونی ایجنٹ یا تشدد پسند قرار دے کر ایک بیانیہ تشکیل دینے کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے، تاکہ انہیں مزید عرصے تک غیر قانونی اور غیر انسانی طریقوں سے جیلوں میں رکھا جا سکے۔

باشعور عوام!

بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی اپنے قیام کے دن سے ہی بلوچ قوم پر ڈھائے جانے والے مظالم کے خلاف شعوری جدوجہد کرتی آ رہی ہے اور آج بھی اسی راستے پر قائم ہے۔ چاہے شہید حیات بلوچ کا بے دردی سے قتل ہو یا شہید بالاچ مولا بخش سمیت سینکڑوں بلوچ سپوتوں کا جعلی مقابلوں میں قتل عام، ان تمام مظالم کے خلاف بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی ہمیشہ صفِ اول میں کھڑی رہی ہے۔ آج انہی جدوجہدوں اور آوازوں کو پاکستان جرم قرار دے رہی ہے، اور اس کے پاداش میں بی وائی سی کی قیادت کو غیر قانونی طور پر قید میں رکھا گیا ہے۔

بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کے رہنما آج چودہ ماہ سے زائد عرصے سے پابندِ سلاسل ہیں، صرف اس لیے کہ وہ بلوچ قوم کی آواز بنے۔ مگر بی وائی سی کے رہنما نہ صرف ثابت قدمی کے ساتھ ڈٹے ہوئے ہیں بلکہ پہلے سے زیادہ عزم اور شدت کے ساتھ اپنی قوم کی رہنمائی کے لیے تیار ہیں۔ آج بلوچ قوم کو اجتماعی آواز اور یکجہتی کی ضرورت ہے تاکہ ان رہنماؤں کی رہائی اور بلوچ قوم کے بنیادی انسانی و قومی حقوق کے لیے جدوجہد کو مزید مضبوط بنایا جا سکے۔

ریاست پاکستان اپنے اس جبر کو جاری رکھنے کے لیے تنظیم کے رہنماؤں کو جیل میں رکھ کر نا صرف ان سے انصاف کا حق چھین رہی ہے، بلکہ انکی آوازوں کو خاموش رکھ کر بلوچ نسل کشی خاموشی سے آگے بڑھانا چاہتی ہے، پاکستان اس بلوچ شعور سے خوفزدہ ہے جو للکار بننا جانتی ہے، اس لیے ہر جمہوری آوازوں کو خاموش کرنا چاہتی ہے۔ یہ ہماری زمہ داری ہے کہ ہم ان عزائم کو نا کام بنادے، ہم شعور کو قید ہونے نا دے، ہم وہ آواز بنے جسے خاموش کرنا نا ممکن ہو ہم اپنے نسل کشی کے خلاف وہ ڈھال بنے جو اپنے نسلوں کی حفاظت کریں۔ آج ہماری سیاسی جدوجہد ہماری نسلوں کی ضمانت ہے، اپنے خلاف ہونے والے ہر ظلم کے خلاف خاموش نہ رہے، بی وائی سی کے پلیٹ فارم پر متحد ہوکر ہر جبر کے خلاف آواز اٹھائیں، اپنے رہنماؤں کی آواز بنے اور جابر کو للکاریں کہ وہ ان شعوری آوازوں کو اب مزید قید نہیں رکھ سکتی جو جبر کے خلاف ہے، ہر بلوچ جب بی وائی سی کی آواز بنے گی، ہر بلوچ جب اپنے رہنماؤں کے مقصد کے ساتھ جڑ جائے گی، تبھی اس نسل کشی روکا جاسکے گا، جب ہر بلوچ جبر کے خلاف للکار ہوگی تو تنظیم کے رہنماؤں کو قید میں رکھنا مشکل ہوجائے گا۔

با شعور بلوچ قوم
منظم سیاسی جدوجہد ہی بقا کا آخری سوال ہے، اس پیغام کو ہر گھر میں پہنچائیں، قومی شعور کا سوال ہر بلوچ کو تھما دے اور اس دن کے لیے فکری و شعوری طور پر تیار ہو جائے جب ہم سب سڑکوں پر نکلے تو سیسہ پلائی دیوار بن جائے،اور ریاستی جیلوں و زندانوں سے اپنے پیاروں کو بہ سلامت واپس لائیں، ہمارے پاس کھونے کو کچھ نہیں مگر پانے کو بہت کچھ ہے، ہمارے پاس زندگی کا سوال ہے جس کے لیے ہمیں منظم تحریک اور جدوجہد کے علاوہ دوسرا کوئی راستہ میسر نہیں۔

Shabeer Ahmed son of Sabro Khan, a 19-year-old farmer from Kocha Gresha Naal. He was forcibly disappeared on April 27, 2026. Following his disappearance, his family made continuous efforts to trace his whereabouts but received no information regarding his condition or location.

After remaining missing for more than a month, Shabeer Ahmed was killed and his bullet riddled body was dumbed
on June 8, 2026, in the Basima area of Washuk. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and subsequent death have raised serious concern among local residents and human rights observers.

Shabeer was a young farmer who worked to support his family through agriculture. His death has left his family, relatives, and loved ones devastated and in mourning.

This case further highlights ongoing concerns regarding enforced disappearances and unlawful killings in Balochistan. Families affected by such incidents often endure prolonged periods of uncertainty while searching for their loved ones and pursuing justice.

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) strongly condemns the killing of Shabeer Ahmed. This incident reflects the continuing pattern of enforced disappearances and killings in Balochistan, where families are often left searching for their loved ones for months, only to later receive their dead bodies.

We call on international human rights organizations and global institutions to urgently take notice of the situation in Balochistan and take meaningful steps to ensure justice for victims and their families.

Shah Hussain, son of Shafi Jan, a 26 years young police constable and a resident of Tasp, Panjgur, was enforcedly disappeared on October 29, 2025 later released on November 03, of the same year and was extrajudicial killed by state-backed death squad on May 24, 2026, in the area of Tasp, Panjgur, Balochistan.

After a month of illegal detention and torture, Shah Hussain was released from the unrecognised detention centre of Pakistan where they kept him like many others innocent civilians.

Being an employee of government of Pakistan, serving the country and making sure to secure the lives of others, the state itself firstly illegally detained him and later extrajudicial killed him by their own sponsored backed militias.

When the life of a state official such as Shah Hussain can be endangered through an arbitrary killing, it raises serious concerns about the security of ordinary citizens, who are even more vulnerable. This incident reflects the inhumane conditions persisting across Balochistan where ordinary people are widely being attacked and indiscriminately assaulted by the state-backed militias like in case of Shah Hussain that how the state-backed death squads openly making the lives of innocent civilians unbearable.

The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) strongly condemns the killing of Shah Hussain and demands accountability for those who are responsible. Unjust killing of common people is broad daylight human rights violations all over the globe and its ongoing in Balochistan is also concerning issues to be addressed.

Today the legal team of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and other detained BYC leaders held a press conference in which raised serious concerns regarding the ongoing legal proceedings, including the shift from open court hearings to jail trials and then faceless proceedings, prolonged detention, concerns regarding judicial impartiality, and restrictions on public access to the judicial process.

The legal team state that the detained BYC leaders are currently holding a sit-in protest inside the jail premises against faceless trials. They maintain that their cases should be heard in open court in accordance with constitutional guarantees, principles of transparency, and the right to a fair trial.

During this press conference, the legal team emphasized the constitutional right to a fair and public trial, called for the restoration of open court proceedings, and urged authorities to uphold transparency, due process, and judicial accountability.

This Eid is another painful reminder of the crisis in Balochistan. Hundreds of families are spending these days protesting on roads instead of gathering around their loved ones. Mothers hold pictures of forcibly disappeared sons. Children wait for fathers who never returned home. Many families continue to suffer without answers.

Across Balochistan, enforced disappearances and political repression continue without accountability. BYC leaders have remained detained for nearly a year simply for demanding basic human rights and justice. Human rights lawyer Imaan Mazari and activist Hadi Ali Chattha were sentenced to 17 years in prison over a tweet, exposing the growing crackdown on freedom of expression and dissent in Pakistan.

Baloch Voice for Justice calls for the immediate release of all forcibly disappeared persons, political prisoners, and detained activists. Justice, dignity, and freedom cannot survive under fear and collective punishment. Until the forcibly disappeared return home and voices are no longer criminalized, there is no real Eid in Balochistan.
