@EtihadHelp after 5 days of waiting for a reply on my email,I contacted customer support.

The medical waiver was rejected as (pre-existing condition)!! My father had an acute emergency (severe internal bleeding in GIT, hemoglobin 6, blood transfusion) unfit to travel !!

@Saudia_Care البارح وصلت رحلتي من باريس لجده وماوصلت عربه الاطفال ومقعد السياره التي تم استلامها مني عند بوابه الطائرة ولم يقم الموظف باعطائي ( تاغ) .. وانتظرت في المطار اكثر من ثلاث ساعات لاستلامها ولم نصل لنتيجه ولم يساعدنا موظف خدمه العملاء شكوى بحجه عدم وجود ( تاغ) !!

@Saudi_Airlines في مشكله عند الحجز عن طريق الاميال.. عند وجود مبلغ مالي اضافي للتسديد بجانب الاميال.. الموقع او التطبيق لايقبل اي كريدت كارد استخدمها؟!!! ايش الحل؟!

@qatarairwaysar it’s sad for “the world best airlines” to provide this level of customer care! I submitted a complaint about terrible experience and all I got is total ignorance, not even an apology email.
I followed up with dm to @qrsupport to be ignored again !!

@gmcuk My Plab2 exam is on 11th Oct .. and i was tested positive for covid19 today.. my flights and everything thing was canceled.. can i apply for refund?

@qatarairways do I need PCR test to transit in Doha?.. I will be going to France from Saudi Arabia.. and already have the French covid pass meaning I don’t need vaccines.. however, i am checking if the transit in doha requires it or if the qatarairways need it to allow boarding
