@EtihadHelp That is incorrect. The last amount (1201.80)
is a 'holding' amount in pending status at the bank. It may not have been processed as a payment on your side, but it is blocking my funds. You need to cancel the request altogether for the funds to be available in my account again

@EtihadHelp I have been double charged for my flights. A refund/ cancellation of the incorrect charge was to have happened in 2 days. It is still not processed
