Day 17 of 90.
Fake busyness: refreshing charts, scrolling CT, checking every Telegram group, chasing every new narrative. It feels productive, and nothing moves.
Crypto is full of it: endless hours on work that feels important and that nobody cares about.
Stulberg calls it ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐บ in The Practice of Groundedness.
Always busy, restless when you aren't.
I've never met a wealthy person who told me they were really busy. If they don't want in, they just say no.
Your output matters not the hours you put in.
Close the charts. Start shipping.
day 14 of 90
nothing done workwise, good lesson however:
If everything is important, nothing is.
1) Write down all your values (30-50+)
2) Cut to 3-5 core ones (the fewer the better)
3) if you could have one sentence what would be written on your gravestone? (how would you like to be remembered)
4) Never compromise on those 3-5
5) Be flexible on everything else
6) Each morning: how do I live in alignment with my core values today? Then execute.
Bend on your core and you'll โtwist in the wind.โ
