This month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community while reaffirming our commitment to building safer, more inclusive communities for all Baltimoreans.
Happy Pride Month!
At MONSE, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and valued in their community. Public safety is about more than preventing violence, it’s about creating neighborhoods where all residents can live, work, and thrive without fear.
The Cut the Silence intimate partner violence prevention trainings provide barbers and beauty professionals with the necessary tools to recognize and appropriately respond to instances of IPV and abuse.
These trainings are both in-person and virtual and will be held monthly until January 2027.
These trainings also meet the requirements for initial licensure and renewals under HB 1547. Sign up now to get prepared to handle any IPV scenario and help keep our communities safe.

Today, we were out in the community alongside our partners following the tragic shooting yesterday that injured an 11-year-old child at a local playground.
Our teams connected with residents to provide support, share trauma resources, and help address the immediate needs of those impacted by this act of violence.
