B+ for @Amtrak today on train 124. On-time, good Wi-Fi, strong air conditioning, Only nit is no Wi-Fi in BWI station (never is for unknown reason).

@Amtrak I've learned @Amtrak T* vouchers do not keep any unused value. Use a $200 voucher to book a $50 trip and poof, the leftover $150 is gone. Online entering the used up voucher gives a "same name" error, totally misleading!

Stupid @Amtrak online glitch. Of my 3 vouchers, only 1 usable per booking? Others trigger error: "Please enter all vouchers with same name". Tried different browsers, split round trip into 2 purchases. No luck! Name on all vouchers identical.

About 1:15 pm cafe on @Amtrak train #80 closed for the crew lunch break. 3 or 4 people in line left hungry. Cafe still closed 40 min later. Why does crew matter more than passengers at lunchtime?
