Whoop AI coach has proved very useful to build strength training workouts based on how their week is going. It would be nice to have it available while in a workout @WHOOP . Specific use case: I’m using an assault bike for the first time and it would be cool to upload a pic like this and be able to also set up and even record the data post workout. Having that data with what Whoop collects can be useful.
Toronto is the largest MULTICULTURAL MOSAIC METROPOLIS in the WORLD. Growing up in an environment like THAT gives you a rare superpower: THE ABILITY to UNDERSTAND, ABSORB, feel completely at home in, and authentically ENGAGE with multiple cultures ANYWHERE on EARTH - all while keeping your own identity rooted at the core. That cultural fluency is baked into Toronto's cultural DNA.
🚨 Joe Budden says Drake’s “Little Birdie” originally threw him off because of the Kodak Black-inspired cadence…
but admits the song completely clicked for him after hearing it in different environments
Joe says Drake’s greatest superpower has always been absorbing regional sounds/cultures & turning them into massive records
the pod also says Plot Twist & Janis STFU grew on them HEAVILY after hearing them outside
“He’ll spend time where you at, soak it up like a sponge, and go make the best music you ever heard doing it.”
The secret to securing the Strait of Hormuz isn’t endless U.S. Navy patrols or fragile Gulf alliances.
It’s supporting the Baluch people fighting for independence from Iran.
Iran’s Sistan-Baluchestan province sits right on the Gulf of Oman entrance to the strait. That’s the chokepoint where 20% of global oil and a third of LNG flows every day. Tehran has used it as leverage for decades, threatening closure, mining waters, harassing tankers. But the regime doesn’t truly control the ground. The Baluch do.
For years, Baluch fighters have waged a gritty insurgency against Iranian occupation, corruption, and brutal crackdowns. They’re not asking for handouts. They’re fighting for their own homeland, historic Baluchistan, free from the mullahs who treat their region as a backwater while exporting revolution and oil extortion.
An independent Baluchistan aligned against Tehran would change the map overnight:
•Direct pressure on Iran’s eastern flank and Gulf access routes.
•A natural buffer that keeps Iranian forces bottled up.
•A new partner in a volatile region that actually has skin in the game for stable energy flows.
The West keeps chasing the same failed playbooks: sanctions that leak, deals that collapse, carriers that steam in circles. Meanwhile, the Baloch are already bleeding to weaken the regime from within.
Time to stop pretending the Strait’s security is Iran’s to grant or deny. Support the Baluch fight for self-determination. Secure the oil lane. Weaken the world’s most active state sponsor of terror at the same time.
Geography doesn’t lie. Neither does resolve.

Ever since this new OpenClaw update, my OC is making things up for no reason. I’m using MaxMini M2.7 and it has been working great prior to the update. I may need to rollback. Anyone else experiencing this?
Been playing around with OC for over a month now.
Here are my Pros/Cons:
Pros:
1. Helps me keep track of my personal budget and spending. Using ClaudeCode and Balto to build an automated personal budgeting app that integrates with Plaid and gave Balto (my openclaw) API access to my LIVE balance sheet to ensure I am on track to meet my monthly budget goals.
2. Daily/Evening briefs and weekly reviews to keep track of my goals. Although this needs to be worked on for a variety of reasons. Still not where I want it to be.
Cons:
1. API costs for Claude. I will be trying out MaxMini M2.7 cuz using Claude is just not sustainable.
2. Losing context. I just implemented LCM along with Karpathys AutoResearch to see if Balto can improve over time. Let’s see how that goes.
3. Constant bug fixing.
This is insane.
Really cool use for OpenClaw: having Balto simulate the on-boarding process for the app I am building while I’m no where near my computer.

So I don’t see many Pakistanis posting about Afghanistan and condemning their hybrid 2.0 regime. Their solidarity with Palestine is performative and fake. They stay silent on Balochistan, KP. Such people are pathetic. Simply pathetic.
The Balochi proverb:
The beauty of the night lies in the stars
and the beauty of the desert lies in the Baloch.
May God protect our people
during this difficult period of time.
