Is this how you treat customers? I was offered ₹5.55 lakh for my 2021 Ciaz the deal was finalized and the handover date was 12/02/2025. Now at the last moment I’m being told the price is ₹5 lakh. This feels like a bait and switch.

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank been using ur credit card for 6yrs with no fee & now you're suddenly charging a renewal fee? Already complained to cx care they said it'd be removed but no update for a week. Pathetic service. Either remove the charge or close my card. Outstanding is 0
