Gov. Kay Ivey has announced new guidelines for Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Tuscaloosa, Walker and Blount counties. to deal with the coronavirus outbreak -- and encouraged the rest of the state to follow suit.
Upon the first confirmed case of COVID-19 in Tuscaloosa, the Mayor has made an emergency declaration.
