Alabama offensive Team Grades for the matchup against the East Carolina Pirates: The final score was 48-10. Alabama secured the win with a dominant performance.
O-Line
I believe the O-Line played solid.
Jackson Lloyd
He initially struggled but managed to hold his own and will continue to improve. Overall grade B
William Sanders
He didn’t perform well today and seemed like a weak link, unable to find his footing. I hope he can bounce back and learn from his mistakes. Overall grade C+
Racin Delgatty
I believe he had a strong performance today. During the offseason when we picked him up, I saw a lot of hate for him, but I believe he’ll win over many people. He did have a couple of bad snaps, but he managed to gather himself and finish the game strong. Overall grade A
Michael Carroll
He had an excellent performance and played a significant role in widening the gap and creating opportunities for big run plays. I believe he will be a key contributor to the run game this year. Overall grade A+
Jayvin James
Carroll had a great performance, just like he did before. He was a significant contributor to the run game and created big plays for Keelon. I’m excited to see him and Carroll play side by side. Overall grade A
𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: The No. 1 QB in the 2027 Class, Elijah Haven will visit Alabama on January 31, per @samspiegs
He is currently predicted to the Crimson Tide
Haven is expected to make his commitment next month 👀
Alabama’s fourth player signed from the portal is cornerback Carmelo O’Neal from Mercer University. Standing at 6’4” and weighing 200 pounds, O’Neal boasts an impressive 80-inch wingspan. He’s a freak of nature, consistently making big plays and excelling in man coverage.
Alabama’s third player signed from the portal is wide receiver Noah Rogers from North Carolina State. Standing at 6’2” and weighing 205 lbs., Rogers also ran a 4.49 40-yard dash. With Isaiah Horton’s departure, Rogers is expected to fill a significant role on the team.
Another excellent play by Rogers, he leaped over the cornerback to catch the ball for a first down, bringing his team closer to scoring distance against Campbell.
