@OfficialSBICare @TheOfficialSBI @RBI Your reply says I have been contacted with necessary information, but I have not any proper resolution. Fresh ₹10 notes do arrive at SBI Delwada Branch but are not given to customers. The manager’s behaviour was also very rude. Complaint No: N202526001028015

Dear @TheOfficialSBI, my complaint (Case ID: 921856573) is repeatedly closedwithout resolving the issue. I have checked email and portal but there is no proper solution yet. This shows verypoorgrievance handling. Request @RBI to kindly look into this and ensure proper resolution.

@OfficialSBICare Dear @TheOfficialSBI I visited Delwada Branch regarding my complaint (Case ID: 921856573). Issue still not resolved and complaint closed without solution. Branch manager behaviour was very rude and unprofessional. Please look into this seriously. @RBIsays

@OfficialSBICare Dear @TheOfficialSBI I have checked the email and complaint portal, but the issue is still not resolved. Only marking the complaint as attended/closed without actual resolution is not acceptable. Kindly resolve the issue properly. Otherwise I will escalate it to @RBI.

Dear @TheOfficialSBI I have complained many times but every time the complaint is closed as resolved without solving the issue or informing me. Latest CaseID 921856573 also closed the same way. Very poor grievance handling. Please reopen & resolve. @RBI
