It's Sunday again,Church is it!
David said He was glad when they said..lets go to church!
Just the call to serve, the call to be of a blessing to others
And of course be blessed.
This inspired joy in a man under the old covenant
Such as we have today
It's such a day we treat with awe and honor
Much delight to receive and give.
This morning what are you giving and expecting to receive?
Giving can actually be measured.
Time,resources and availability
Are you available for others to get to service?
Have you picked up anyone or assisted anyone get to the service?
Have you followed up first timers or new converts?
Have you prayed for the pastor and ministers?
Have you reached out to any unchurched believer or more importantly the unsaved to receive the warmth and love of the Family of God in Christ
What's your offering this week?any pledges to redeem?
Anything for the children's church?
What about clothes for some needy church members?
That said
What are you expecting?
Revelation and insight in the Word?
A miracle of healing?
Stirring of gifting?
To receive this you pray and receive by believing with the heart what is said
Say out what you expect this morning, say it in thanksgiving
You will have it!
Jesus said so.
Be full of faith this morning!
Don't forget to go over lasts weeks teaching and pray the pauline prayers
Have a spirit filled service

Another time and day in Church meetings
A new month as well
All believers Must give account of their lives and ministries to the Lord
We shall all be judged
Paul teaches that we judge ourselves
How would you judge the last month?
How punctual were you?
Did you reach out to the unsaved?
How many invitees did you have last month
How much did you give through the month
Did you make church prayer meetings?
How many teaching tracks did you listen to?
What was your contribution to your department?
How many did you meet their needs in your local church?
If you find these questions awkward, then get prepared to be in tears at the judgment seat of Christ as more intricate things will come to the fore
,
However,there's a new month ( even though second Sunday )to make adjustments.
Start today,go through last week's teaching
Draw a plan on how you will listen to a teaching track at least weekly
Invite someone each week
Win a soul weekly and see to it that they get established in church
Hurry up now
Pick someone for service or call them up
Don't miss pre service prayers
Pray the pauline prayers, this morning Philemon 6
Remember to take writing materials
And oops, pray for pastor too
Have an excellent service

Endeavour to honor the assembly this morning once again

Make it a practice to be punctual

Call up your invitees and disciples

Responsible Christianity is helping others grow spiritually and being an example to them

Irresponsible Christianity is "me myself & i"

Someone ought to be looking up to u in Lord

That said

What are you giving this morning?

Not praise or prayer, which you render as well

Am referring to offering\giving etc

Ensure you give well this morning

Not loose change or a tip!

Look out this morning for an area in the church activities which requires more support

Work towards assisting

For example you can buy a carton of juice packs each month for the children's church etc

Got that?

Never forget to pray the pauline prayers for you and others coming to church with you

Dress decently for this ocassion where we honor Him and each other

Pay attention in church, take notes

To help you meditate after

Did you buy last week's teaching?try getting it for further study
