people break up after babies (even married couples) bc having a baby exposes all your shortcomings and most people arent willing to work through their bs and then u be tired and stressed etc
Also it’s crazy that the rebuttal for so long has been “everybody ain’t broke”.
Yea everyone isn’t broke but enough are to cause collapse in then economy.
It’s almost like more people being financially stable is better than a few being insanely rich.
btw inflation is gonna get worse bc our economy will prob free fall and we're gonna print more money to get out of it instead of making a better system that doesn't collapse every 7-10 years
ppl will see headline after headline of the economy clearly getting worse for the avg person and still be like "you just gotta live below your means" like babes it's as low as it can go
idk, if everybody car note is high… perhaps, just maybe… possibly, that’s a symptom of the economy as a whole. y’all wanna blame the individual so badly for “living above they means” but things are actually just fucking expensive.
Please stop comparing dying from poverty to Darwin’s “survival of the fittest.” Poverty is a social construct driven by wealth hoarding in the post industrial age, not by any natural shortage of resources.
September jobs report was WILD yesterday.
The U.S. added only 29,000 jobs.
For perspective, evenly divided across 50 states, that would be just 580 jobs per state 🙃
Y’all have to stop arguing with people in states where no one wants to live.
They can’t feel a cost of living crisis because no one wants to live in PA or TX.
If y’all hate masking now, just wait until you see the ones you’ll have to wear (and probably actually closer to 24/7) to protect yourself from air pollution and other environmental factors as climate collapse continues apace
i got a $2 raise (ik small) but it's literally only an extra $100 every paycheck man. ik folks were talking about 50k to like 100k but the biggest cut is literally them taxes lmao.
My car insurance is double what it was in 2016, my apartment is 2.5x, student loan payment kicked in JUST as I paid my car off, groceries 4x the cost, used to fill my car up in 2018 with $24 now it’s $60!!! Like be so foreal. And y’all forget about TAXES in ALL of these convos.

my salary go further than a lot of ppl’s simply because i don’t pay for gas, i wfh. i never seen gas this expensive in my 31 years of life & you dumb mfs will STILL come on the internet blaming the individual. yes some ppl are bad w/money, but most ppl simply don’t make enough.
I get being nonbinary or whatever live your tea but I can’t fathom transitioning to male and being shocked and upset at being perceived as male like no offense but what did u expect
