If they have to give offline exams, how are they going to sit for exams when colleges are closed, no transportation available ?

@himantabiswa @nsitharaman The case regarding the conduction of exams is still in court and waiting for the result and meanwhile, some Universities gave notice to students and colleges about exam conduction. Is this against the government students/Court Law??
